What You'll Do

• Build and manage relationships with an existing client base
• Learn and execute a proven sales system from day one
• Track daily activity and client interactions using our CRM
• Grow into a leadership role by training and developing incoming team members
• Contribute to team culture, results, and community presence

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize
• Passion for helping people and building relationships
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus — not required
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Clean background and reliable transportation required
